Thank you so much for a wonderful place to stay.  We all enjoyed it so much!  The place was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing!  It was nice to finally stay at a place where I didn't have to worry having my 4 month old with us.

Hi To All, Yes, we are once again open for business! We were going to close to do some renovations to Dandy's ,but ran into some road blocks and decided to hold off until a later date. With that said we thought we would open. So come yourself or tell a friend.Thank You for your business! Management

A Few Things You Need To Know Before You Stay

We do not allow Pets, Smoking in units, Alcohol Beverages or Drugs.
We ask that you are considerate of your neighbors, (Your neighbor being the Top or Bottom Unit, or any surrounding people.
Check out time is  12:00pm Upon leaving we ask that you call or come by to let us know that you are gone.
Tenant is responsible for any damages to our property caused by Tenant or Tenant's company
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, theft or loss of property.
We reserve the right to refuse occupancy.
If tenant (s) violate any of these terms and/or conditions, Tenant and company will be asked to leave the property and no refund given.

Holding Fee revised

We require everyone (that book's ahead) to pay A "Non-Refundable" holding fee of 1/2 the total cost of your stay. The holding fee is to be received within 2 wks after your reservation is made.The remaining balance is due on arrival.

If undecided about how much your total cost will be due to the amount of people expected or the days of stay, please give us a call, we understand,and will work with you. If at any time during the 2 week period (or at any time after your holding fee is received), you decide to cancel, please be courteous, and e-mail or call, so we are not waiting on your holding fee,or (if holding fee has been received already)someone else can have the opportunity to rent.  
A printable confirmation through e-mail will be given when holding fee is received. Remember, If Holding fee is not received within the 2 week time frame, we will assume you are not coming, and the rental will once again be open for business. So please call if you run into a problem getting your holding fee sent.

A Little Info about our places

 
  • Unit "A", can hold up to 6 people it has held 7-8 with cots and sleeping bags. It has a livingroom that contains:  a futon, a couch that sleeps as a twin, a coffee pot,Microwave,small refrig,and TV. This unit has 2 bedrooms that contain one queen, and 3 twin size beds.It also has a tub/shower. 
  • Unit "B"  has 2 bedrooms that contain one queen,and 1 twin bed. This unit sleeps 4 people and has held up to 7 using cots and sleeping bags. The Living room contains: a couch, chairs,and TV. This unit has a full kitchen including:  a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and table & chairs. There is also a Shower/Bath
  • "Trailer" This trailer can hold up to 4 people. It has one queen, one twin bed and room for 2 cots or 2 sleeping bags. The livingroom has a futon that makes a full size bed, a chair, tv and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete!  Table & chairs, Stove , Refrig.,microwave,coffee pot,toster, plates, utensils, .....etc  There is a washer and dryer  as well as a  shower/bath.

In all of our places we supply towels,wash clothes, plus a whole lot more!  The Trailer and both Units are located on the same property ,(if avaiable) they can be rented seperate or all together for large groups.
